In my last blog . I discussed about Pixel and megapixels.
Today I am going to discuss on the topic VGA . What is VGA ?
VGA was developed in 1987 by IBM. VGA stands for Video Graphic Array. It is a old format and now a days it is replaced by hd . VGA camera also consist of pixels but it was less than
1 megapixels. i.e VGA size is about 640 wide by 480 pixels tall ( vise versa) or you can that it is equal to 0.3 megapixles. and less than 1 megapixel. Thats why in old camera phone and in todays camera quality has a great differences which due to the word pixels. And this is the difference between vga camera and hd camera
I think after seeing this image you can recall old days of phone and VGA cameras.
* VGA file size was much smaller than that of HD images size.
that was the region these phone need less memory space .
Now come to VGA cables ?
I think every one have seen this cable . which is used to connect your monitor with CPU , yup . and its on your laptop also you can see the slot of VGA connectors. VGA wires basically transfer analog signals. ( on analog signals and digital signals we will go on later)
Now a days we are seeing another slot that is HDMI.
which looks like this . In todays laptop , television , and even in your settop box like tatasky and others you can find these HDMI slots.
What is HDMI ?
HDMI stand for High Definition Multimedia Interface.
its transfer the hd information to the out put .
